The planned price is $9.99 USD for ten years from first activation, with a 24-hour free trial and no automatic charge or recurring subscription. Supported hardware and refund details will be published before sales open.

Local assistance

Offline Coder runs a selected local AI model for coding, learning and creative tasks. Models can produce incorrect answers or code. Review proposed changes, test results and practical guidance. Health, veterinary and emergency-related roles provide educational assistance and cannot replace professional care or emergency services.

Licenses

The planned purchase process uses a unique key entered in Settings → License. Activation requires an internet connection and binds the entitlement to the Windows account used for activation. Device changes may require a license reset. A paid license is planned to remain valid offline through its ten-year expiry, following one online activation. Trial time begins at first activation and cannot be reset by reinstalling.

Dependencies

Local models and optional tools have their own license terms and hardware requirements. Optional third-party connections require your account, permissions and internet access. Project commands can change files or use the network; approvals and backups help you review these actions.
